How do i cancel my server



We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your service with us, however, we do wish to keep you as a client so please be sure to contact our support team as most issues can be easily resolved. If there really isn't anything we can do to keep your business please follow the below steps to cancel your service with us:


1. Navigate to the "My Services" page.
2. Select the service you wish to cancel and click the arrow next to the "View Details" button.



3. Click the "Request Cancellation" button.
4. State a cancellation reason (please let us know truthfully the reason for your cancellation as this feedback helps us improve our services).
5. Choose a cancellation type.

   - Immediate cancellations will terminate the service immediately, all files will be deleted and the service will be inaccessable.
   - End of period cancellations will cancel and terminate your service once your billing period is over. Once the service has been terminated, all files will have been deleted and the service will be inaccessable.

6. Once you are ready to cancel, click the red "Request Cancellation" button.
7. Once you have submitted your cancellation request you will need to also cancel your PayPal subscription if you have one. If you neglect to cancel your PayPal subscription, PayPal will continue to send us automatic payments on your behalf. 


Credit Card Users:

  1. Log into the client area.
  2. Click the "Billing" button on the middle navigation of the page.
  3. Click the "Manage Credit Card" link from the dropdown.
  4. Click the red "Delete Saved Card Details" button on the middle of the page.
  5. Click the "Services" button on the middle navigation of the page.
  6. Click the "My Services" link from the dropdown.
  7. Click the arrow to the right of "View Details".
  8. Click the "Request Cancellation" button.
  9. Leave a description as to why you'd like to cancel. If you're having issues with your server, please open a support ticket and we'll gladly assist you with the problem(s).
  10. Choose the Cancellation Type using the dropdown. Immediate will cancel your server at the end of the day. End of Billing Period will cancel your server at the end of the cycle you paid for. No credit will be provided unless previously discussed with our staff. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstance.
  11. Click the red "Request Cancellation" button near the bottom of the page.

PayPal Users:

  1. IMPORTANT: If you set up a PayPal subscription (so that payments are automatically sent from PayPal), then you will need to cancel your subscription on their website. Instructions for doing this are found in the guide called "Cancelling PayPal Subscriptions". We cannot cancel these from our end and refunds are not provided for neglect to cancel subscriptions as mentioned in our Terms of Service.
  2. Log into the client area.
  3. Click the "Services" button on the middle navigation of the page.
  4. Click the "My Services" link from the dropdown.
  5. Click the arrow to the right of "View Details".
  6. Click the "Request Cancellation" button.
